OSAC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the status and well being of animals in Rhode Island.

Consistent with our mission, OSAC is pleased to announce the creation of a spay/neuter clinic for dogs and cats. Our primary mission is to end pet overpopulation by providing high quality, subsidized companion animal and feral cat sterilization services.

OSAC wants to ensure a non-lethal solution to homeless, abandoned and feral animal populations so that euthanasia is no longer an acceptable means of population control.

With funding from The Rhode Island Foundation, OSAC is pleased to announce that the Rhode Island Community Spay/Neuter Clinic is now open.
